Homemade Chicken shawarma by Akshay Pangerkar
Ingredients
For Shawarma Bread
• All purpose Flour – 250 gms
• Baking soda – ½ teaspoon
• Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
• Salt – ½ teaspoon
• Sugar – 1 teaspoon
• Oil – 1 tbspoon
• Luke warm water – ½ cup
For Filling
• Boneless Chicken – 150 gms
• Curd – 2 tbspoon
• Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
• Ginger paste– 1 teaspoon
• Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
• Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
• Cumin Powder – 1 teaspoon
• Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon
• Red orange food colour – 1 teaspoon
• Cabbage – 1/6 or 1 tbspoon
• Bell pepper (Yellow) – ¼
• Bell pepper (Red) – ¼
• Capsicum – ½
• Salt to taste
• Oil for cooking
For wrapping
• Tomatoes Ketchup
• Veg Mayonnaise
