     Ingredients-

For White Sauce Preparation 

Butter -1 to 2 tablespoon

Refined flour-1 to 2 tablespoon

Garlic-2 to 3 Cloves(Optional)

Milk-300 to 350 ml

For Seasoning 

Salt -A Pinch

Black pepper-A Pinch

Oregano-1 tablespoon 

Red Chilli Flakes-1 tablespoon 

Nutmeg Powder-A Pinch

Cheese- 1 Cube

For Boiling

Water - 3 to 4 Cups

Oil-1 tablespoon 

Salt-A Pinch

Pasta -1 Cup


Procedure 

White Sauce Preparation:

Heat the pan and add butter let it melt .After melting add refined flour and stir it for a minute once the smooth paste is form add chopped garlic clove as it imparts its flavour in the dish raising a bar higher .Add milk in 3 parts please see there is no lump formation ,stir it continuously until a smooth consistency is formed depending upon your preference whether you need too thick or slightly liquid texture .

So after The White Sauce formation add the seasoning (salt,black pepper,chilli flakes,oregano,nutmeg powder)

First make sauce and then boil Pasta 

For Pasta boiling : Add Pasta in boiling water followed by oil and salt for 8-10 minutes.Check in between the hardness of it .Don’t over boil it as the Pasta may get too soft making the end product soggy 

Once boiled strain the pasta and quickly seasoned it with oil,salt and black pepper and mix it.


Add the boiled pasta to white sauce pasta preparation,mix it properly and grate Cheese as topping.Stir this mixture for a Couple of minutes and Ur Gharchya Ghari Pasta is Ready.Voila
